~Score A~

I join Score A on May and 3 months already. The reason why I join is because this is a education product. Yesterday I went to S.I.R (start it right) training at HQ Kenshido Kota Damansara. All of us must go for this training within 3 months after joining. The trainer said Tomorrow 1st August is actually your 1st day in Score A. Previously u start it wrong. So I need to check back why after joining for 3 months I still cant enjoy income up to rm30k......Actually it's possible to earn rm30k within 3 months if we followed the system. The system is already there and we just follow it. I must put myself under 'terpaksa' situation NOW!!!!!My commitment to Score A is 3 times per week. I can commit to Score A during weekend sat n sun and the another day I will choose on weekdays.

Even it's hurt, u must take it.............be positive...............

Today I went to 'Service Excellence Training' at Le Meridean Hotel, KL...The training is quite good as the trainer sharing with us bout how to become world class service provider in HR. The trainer is KJ and Alice..really admire KJ. He is typical malay guy but with extra aura...cant describe him, must see him n know him 1st.....really great.

The last session of the training is we need to give 'motivational feedback' and 'formative feedback' to our college. Motivational feedback is relating to accomplishment while formative feedback is relating to how we persuade others to develop themselves. We seat in group, 7 of us...me, sal, kumar, like, eugene, shikin n lina.

When it comes to feedback session, everybody must joke down what kind of feedback they want to give to the college.....The feedback especially formative one is really hurt. Overall said I am a quite person, they ask me to talk a lot. From all feedback given, 1 feedback really hurt me. It's come from kak sal. She sd ' I would appreciate if u could speak English while we having lunch with other senior staff, it can develop our communication skill...I am also learn how to speak well' dat is wat she sd to me.......really hurt huh....I take it as challenge n must think positively. Ya, wat she sd is true...it's means whenever we have conversation,we must speaking..........try your level best ain. I know you can do it!!

All about Mohd Zaid Bin Harisah

Hi....

The above name is belongs to my new frend. I just know him early this year when he add me via facebook. I thot he is my secondary schoolmate friend Zaid. But all my perception is wrong bcoz they are different people...the real thing is Zaid who add me in facebook is the one who i dunno him at all...

It happened to be I meet this Zaid on my last day with cimb. We are planning to hav our dinner at Ani Sup utara..I asked Nisa to accompany me..wahhhhhhhh......when we arrived there i'm so surprise as the guy who was sitting in front of me is not Zaid my secondary schoolmate...he is different person with different face.....wah too bad I feel dat time. Feels like want to ran over from that place as soon as possible....but my surrounding and Nisa doesn't allow me to do that..if I do that what a shame on me to Nisa n Zaid..huhu........

Then, we order our lunch n I pretend like I really know him. He sd he already know that I am wrongly think he is my friend but he just not inform me. How bad he is hah.....em, he sd he done nothin wrong. He's not lying too. I am the one who really think he is my friend. But I also wonder why he doesn't inform me the truth. So I wont bothered him anymore.......

Last week sunday 18th July 2010 he accompany me to KLIA. Actually I want to send my mom cz my mom is goin to China but I dunno how to go there. So I seek assistance from him n its lucky enuf he want to send me. I'll wait for him at LRT Bandar Tasik Selatan......KLIA from KL took about 1 hour..On da way, we both cant stop chatting n talking to each other...wah a lot of story we are sharing together.....he's also considered as sporting guy when he took pic for me, but then the pic is little bit blur...I will upload the pic soon.hehe....

What I can see is he never miss to sms me every morning n called me mek....it;s bad. Looks like I am a woman with the age of 30++ even I am just 24 for god sake...

Whatever it is, I hope he always happy with his life n God bless him....make his journey easy:)

All about me.....

I think I have a lot of things to joke down here........but no idea to start with which 1 1st.em, let me think 1st.......

okeh...got idea,since I just join Shell so let me share about my new work 1st. I am in da midst of ending 1 month training..it means early of Aug I am on ops already. Wah so scary ah....Actually every week on Thursday we will have team meeting. Ting2 (supervisor) will sharing 1st about our KPI followed by sharing from Pris (coach) , Vig (D&I) and lastly Shikin (HSSE). Vig n Shikin are the focal point. Means there are the contact person for the mentioned field. After sharing, Ting2 ask the new joiner about EIC, WIP n many more..she ask how many days needed if EE request for info..it's lucky enuf she didnt ask me since she not noticed I was there. She said she will do pop quiz anytime she want.. what is it mean guys??meaning we must prepare ourself with the required knowledge so next time we wont have any problems to answer EE enquiries.

On thursay we went out for lunch for 2 hours...we are celebrating Nani's farewell. The restaurant is not too far from our office. When 1st in to the restaurant I wan get shocked with environment.. so many wine overthere..wallaweh...the price is quite expensive. I just bring rm40 and have to order mee goreng mamak while the rest order spaghetti and lamb chop. wah, i dun think I can eat all those kind of food for god sake..i dun remember that we ady paying for that lunch before when Teh collect rm5 from us.....Thank God, I can save money that day:)

This week gonna be my 3rd week with Shell..........N today I have 1 to 1 chat session with my line supervisor, Ting2. She asked my feeling as per today. What my perception towards the environment, team member, work n many more..She sd I'm a very serius person, discipline n she believe I can do my job well.

Today I woke up early, just to update m.y.w.o.r.d.s....It's been a while i'm not updating it. Really miss the blog...Last week thursday, I went to see kak rok. Kak rok is my head department..very nice person. I went there together with the other 2 new joiner kak sal n fazlina. Kak sal is frm my team while Fazlina is frm local team. We need to introduce ourself n share the work experience before.I tell a little a bit bout my name, age, hometown, education n work experience. She welcome us in a such way that motivate us to perform up to expectation n said that HR services is a right platform for us to start career development in HR. HR is my dream job!!!!!!!. After went thru a lot of training such as Local, Expat, Om, Pa, I get to know every single thing whatever I learned during my previous study. Annual leave, compensation, benefits, staffing and many more!

~Training mode~

Just to share wif u all wut happened to me for this few days..As a new joiner, I have to go for training the whole month and have to learn a lot of things. The best thing happened to me today is I manage to activate my smart card. Actually i'm facing problem to activate the smart card since my 1st day in Shell. IT people said Windows Vista got problem n unable to read the card. A lot of thanks dedicated to Mr Siva, IT staff frm Cyberjaya. He is the one who assist me further by repairing the Java installation. Fyi, smart card is used for shell staff to login to the pc. Means we have access to the pc n systems.

Today I went for OM- Organizational Management training. The trainer is sis Teh.. she is senior staff at my department n hold the position of Subject Matter experts (SME's). After training, need to answer a few question. Got some question I cant answer it coz I dunno the answer. Tomorrow is the last day training wif Teh.

This coming thursday, as a new joiner I need to see HRV head by the name of Rokiah Adam. she is very serius person but beautiful.....I can't think how she lead the department. Very salute her. 27th n 28th must go for onboarding training. This training involve all new comers from other departments too. So....this is the time for me to get know other people from different department.

Hi guys...

I'm writin all over again...today is saturday n it's weeken. It's normal, everybody will go out watchin movie n also hang out wif frend..em, for me its worthy enuf to just stay at home..do whatever I suppose to do. The most important thing is clean up my room.u know y? this is bcoz i'm gonna have a new roomate effective today 10th!. it's been a while for me to stay alone since Shida my luvly roomate moved to new house last month..My new roomate is Fatihah, looks like nice people but we cant judge people before know em'. Let us see how, soon.....I will update bout her later.

The 2nd thing is washin all clothes...that is 1 week clothes!. I know u all can imagine it. That is me...I preferred to wash it weekly rather than daily. Up to u guys to judge it. The thing is i'm not a lazy person.hehe..

The 3rd thing is cookin for my lunch. If got extra I can eat it for dinner too...haha. I used to cook simple dishes so that I can spend time to other things. Used to cook 'Ayam masak kicap' that is my fovourite dishes n my 'Ayam masak kicap' is not delicious like my mom one..I make the simplest one without any value added. haha. Then my additional dishes is 'sayur campur' n 'telor goreng dadar'. That it is!. So no need to spend money for meal today. Got save money.

Tomorrow I'm gonna go to Klang. Got ' majlis kesyukuran' at my aunty's house. She just delivered baby boy last month..so cute. Actually last week I went there already but this week i'm gonna go again..it's not ok if not goin. yes..must go!

~Interview wif Shell~

Today 08/07/2010 is the 6th day my employment wif Shell. My position is Tier 1 HR Systems Support Advisor under Human Resource Services Department (HRV). The job title is too long. But it's ok for me as long as the word HR is there.haha.

Seong Yu is the manager and she is da one who interviewed me before. very nice n cute person. She asked me a lot of Q till I dunno how to answer the Q anymore...After went thru all the tough interview, she asked me to sit for English test. The Q is all about grammar.I'm finish answering the Q at about 7.45pm. I wondering how i'm gonna back home as there is no public transportation there:(

It's lucky enuf when Seoung Yu accompany me to lobby and request permission from security guard for me to take company bus. She told that i am a new joiner. Can u guys feel what I feel dat time when she sd I am the Shell staff even I am not yet the staff. Really feel like very appreciated by somebody n proud:) Then, I took company bus straight away to KL Sentral together wif other Shell staff.

Frankly speakin, I'm not put any hope for the post as I was told by Seong Yu before dat they already got their preferred candidates n I am the last one who come for the interview. I said I try my level best already n it's up to company itself to judge whether I can make it or not. Honestly I really wan the job. I believed that I can develop my career wif MNC like Shell. Shell is at every corner of the world. As far as I concern, cover more than 140 countries globally.

Early of June, I received call from Christine Recruiter HR Shell that company offered me for the position. I'm so happy coz they offer me better salary compared to my previous company and the best thing is that got a lot of allowances. So 1st July is my 1st day of employment wif Shell as a Tier 1 HR Systems Support Advisor. Hopefully I can perform up to the expectation of the company.
