Sigh! Tdy I have to submit LI again!!!!! The issue is about Expat IBAS in BAPETCO request access to HR Online but then he access via manual log on (citrix). I had raised ticket to GSA unfortunately GSA has updated the requestor profile who is Raghda. When user access to his HR Online, it was read Raghda's profile. Very serious offence as EE' personal profile is not proctected. This case arised to Kak Rok and we received email from Ting2 advice to stop raising ticket to GSA...It's too bad!! Hope nothin will happended to me. Hope for that.
